Many brides and grooms are looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprint at their wedding. Not only does this help the planet, but it also makes a clear environmentally conscience statement tothe wedding guests. > Instead of paper save the date and invitations, consider electronic save the date and invitation for your more tech-savvy guests.

>Instead of a using a gift registry, choose a non-profit organization that you would like to have your guests support

>Create a wedding website that explains how your event represents effort to conserve

>Organize ride shares to reduce the number of vehicles used to travel to and from your event
