The dress is something that I have dreamed about since I was a little girl, and because of that I wanted to make sure that picking it out would be an amazing experience and a fantastic memory to share with my family. When I arrived I was greeted with a beautiful building in the heart of the Highlands and two girls with huge smiling faces asking how they could help me. I explained my situation and they said they would be more than happy to accommodate any amount of people that I wanted to bring. … That was exactly what every bride wants to hear!

The next day I came in with my 12 family members in tow and had the most amazing experience any bride could ever ask for. I tried on the sixth dress, came out and fell into tears — it was just beautiful! I was so excited that I had that “moment” that every bride dreams they will have.

Since then, every interaction with your staff members has been beyond exceptional. Every time I get a call to let me know that another piece of my order is in, they are always so friendly over the phone and they always let me know just how beautiful it is, which is exactly what every bride wants to hear.

I went in last Friday with my mom for my first fitting and I was helped by two amazing girls who literally wore white gloves while touching everything that was there. I felt like a princess and they were treating my dress like it was gold.

Cate, getting married is the most exciting thing I could think of, but the way your store has treated me has made the entire experience above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I am a huge supporter of local stores and you are doing it right! Bravo to you and your staff for making my dress shopping experience the best in the world!

The inviting and quaint atmosphere and the helpful and friendly staff made my decision to purchase with you easy. You had a great combination of styles and types of dresses – I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, so it was great to have options! I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. When I changed my mind and requested another appointment to try on more dresses (rather than a final appointment for measurements on one dress) you were accommodating and friendly about it. I didn’t feel pressured or smothered either. You were quick to email or call me back if I had questions, which I value.

I really liked feeling like I had time to walk around the store and choose some dresses to try on, it wasn’t overly crowded and I didn’t feel rushed. I also loved the seamstress, Donna! I live in Colorado Springs and when I started looking into dress shops, LWD was recommended by two different people – I am so glad I listened! My matron of honor, sister, and I came to the shop in September to start looking for a wedding gown. I really had no idea what I was looking for and Cassandra took the time to listen to things I thought I liked and things I thought I didn’t. She suggested I start with trying on the different main styles and start narrowing things down from there. Very helpful! Then, she had a wonderful knowledge of the collection as she helped the girls pick out dresses to try on. When I came back in October with my mom and mother-in-law, your staff was able to squeeze us in for an appointment and, even though we only had a short time, we never felt rushed. The dress was done early and efforts were made to work with my schedule as I had to drive up from the Springs for appointments. I was impressed and very pleased from the first moment I walked in the door to when my dress was done. Donna, the seamstress, was also fabulous – don’t lose her!

Ladies…you must go to “Little White Dress”!!!!!!! It’s a shop in Castle Rock that I took my bridesmaids to while we were looking at dresses. I had already been with them to 3 other stores and this BY FAR was the best store out of the bunch. They had the best dresses with the best quality. It wasn’t “digging” through all these racks where you had no room to see the dresses. What made it even MORE amazing was that she will on Thur evening and Sun morning close down the shop for you and your bridesmaids to try on dresses and you get drinks – mimosas and orange juice and food – pastries (which were sooo good I think I had 3!) and fruit. It just made the entire experience soooooo much FUN. That’s what it was . . . just plain ole fun. At allthe other stores it is more like “OK I’m on a mission let’s get this done and find us a dress” . . . well I found our dresses there and had fun doing it. I didn’t feel like “ok gotta hurry I have an hour and a half appoint let’s get moving”. So ladies I highly recommend it. It only takes about 30 minutes to get there from Denver and is totally worth the drive! P.S. They also do have wedding gowns there. They are the only store in Colorado that sells several of the designers. The bridesmaid dresses that I liked were around $300. (Posted on The Knot magazine website under “The Knot Forums”)
