Top Trends for 2017 Wedding Dresses

We just returned from New York Bridal Fashion week and cannot wait to share the latest trends for 2017 and the beautiful gowns we have hand-picked for our very own collection. Our designers have once again impressed us with their creativity and fashion-forward approach. We truly work with the best and most respected designers in this industry, and are so proud to bring these gowns to Little White Dress!

Here is just a small preview of the trends we saw on the runway this year. Stay tuned for a special feature on each designer next week!

Simplicity with a Twist

Simple elegance with modern, unique details such as an out-of-the-ordinary fabric or neckline - these gowns are classic and timeless yet contemporary. With these pieces our designers have proven that sometimes less is more, and we just love how stunning simplicity can be!

Non-Floral Lace

This year our designers have re-invented lace! Instead of traditional floral patterns we saw many interesting new kinds of lace on the runway. The artful, geometric designs give new life to an old-world fabric, and it's a way to tone down the sweetness on a still-classic gown. Perfect for any bride looking for that WOW-factor.

Fairytale Ball Gowns

These fairytale dresses are the ultimate proof that ball gowns just never get old. A fitted bodice with delicate lace or beautiful embroidery combined with a full skirt made out of layered satin, organza, or tulle - this look is feminine, romantic, and traditional all at once! A must-have for the bride who wants to feel like a queen on her wedding day.

Texture

Naeem Khan, Claire Pettibone, Galia Lahav - three designers, one trend. Our minds are blown away by the creativity of these one-of-a-kind fun textures that give so much more depth and dimension to each gown. Every single one of these gowns is a true piece of art, thoughtfully designed and hand-made. Bridal fashion really can't get any better than this!
